Council meetings are held on the third Monday of each month. Meetings are currently being held in different locations across Arcadia. The meetings are open to the public during open session.

| Communications | To advise the Arcadia municipal council on all matters related to the communication strategies of the municipality and to ensure that the public is informed about the activities of the council. | Finance | To provide guidance and oversight for the financial management of Arcadia.
